To book in a repair please contact the relevant brands service department below.

Unfortunately GM Multimedia Pty Ltd is not a service centre so cannot repair or service your item.

Each brand operates its own service network that can assist with repairs and servicing. If your item is under warranty please have your receipt or invoice handy when you contact the service centre.

Most brands will only repair items purchased within Australia from authorised dealers. If you have purchased from an international store or marketplace please contact the store for assistance.
